What Do I Have to Do to Send EVV Information to the State (Medicaid)?
GEOH does all the work for you! We send the EVV information to the state automatically in real-time. If a schedule changes, GEOH sends an update. When the caregiver checks in and out of the visit, the state is sent an EVV notification.
Will It Help Me Pass a Medicaid Survey (Audit)?
Yes! GEOH has your back. GEOH stores all the necessary information down to the visit level, which you can access easily with the click of a button.
Can Caregivers Use GEOH on Their Phones?
Absolutely. Once you’ve added a caregiver to your account, they need to download the app and input their credentials to use the GEOH Mobile App.
How do I Onboard New Staff or Clients?
Onboarding is as easy as adding a new staff member or client to the software. Hit the button and fill in the necessary information. Very little training is required to get up and running. Our Customer Support will be there for you every step of the way.
Which EVV Vendors/Aggregators Does GEOH Work With?
A few of the EVV vendors we work with include Tellus, Sandata, HHH Exchange, and HHAX.
